Join in for an elegant long table degustation dinner of locally inspired dishes, paired with a selection of Mudgee’s best wines.

Throughout the evening you will be introduced to each wine and its matching dish by the local winemaker host. Listen and learn as you are guided through the characters to look for in the wine and why they complement the food on your plate.
