Council, at its ordinary meeting held Wednesday, 15 March 2023, resolved to place the following document on public exhibition to seek comment and input from the community.
This plan outlines how Mid-Western Regional Council handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1989 NSW (PPIP Act) and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 NSW (HRIP Act).

Council welcomes written submissions on the above matter. Submissions must be addressed to the General Manager and received prior to 4.30pm on Friday, 14 April 2023.
