Council at its meeting in 17 July 2024, resolved to place the following proposed classification of land on public exhibition to seek feedback from the community.
In pursuance of section 34 of the Local Government Act, 1993, Council proposes to classify as Operational Land, Lot 1003 DP 1301184 at 11 Mervyns Lane Spring Flat, for purposes of drainage reserve. The land to be classified is indicated on the map and is marked by a red boundary.
A period of twenty-eight days from the date of this notice is allowed for any person to lodge a written submission to the proposed classification.
Submissions should be received by 16 August 2024 and should be directed to the Property Department, 86 Market Street or PO Box 156 MUDGEE NSW 2850 or Council@midwestern.nsw.gov.au.
