In pursuance of section 34 of the Local Government Act, 1993, Council proposes to reclassify;
Lot 30 DP1307255 at 24 Marskell Street at Mudgee, as Community land for purposes of public reserve. The land to be reclassified is indicated on the map below and marked by a red boundary.
A period of 28 days from the date of this notice is allowed for any person to lodge a written submission on the proposed classification. Submissions should be received by Friday, 10 January 2025 and directed to the General Manager, 86 Market Street, Mudgee.
