Sale of Land for Unpaid Rates and Charges
NOTICE is hereby given to the persons named hereunder, that the Mid-Western Regional Council has resolved, in pursuance of Section 713(2) of the Local Government Act 1993 to sell the land described hereunder, of which the persons named appear to Council to be the owners of the land or in which they appear to have an interest in the land on which the amount of rates and charges and interest stated in each case as at 9 December 2021 is payable, at public auction by The Property Shop, Mudgee, in The Property Shop, Mudgee Auction Room, 58 Market Street Mudgee 2850, on Friday, 29 April 2022, at 11.00 am.
