Have Your Say On Future Housing Needs

Mid-Western Regional Council is inviting community members to share their thoughts on future housing needs in a series of drop-in sessions at Kandos, Rylstone, Gulgong, and Mudgee in October. These informal sessions are designed to gather feedback on key housing issues that will shape the future of the region.

Council staff will be on hand to discuss:

• Priorities for future housing delivery

• New types of housing needed to cater for everyone in the community

• Strategic objectives to guide housing decisions going forward Drop-in Session Details:

• Kandos: Thursday, 17 October, 2.30pm – 5.30pm
63-65 Angus Avenue, Kandos (outside the IGA)

• Rylstone: Thursday, 17 October, 2.30pm – 5.30pm
23 Louee Street, Rylstone (outside Foodworks)

• Gulgong: Friday, 18 October, 8.30am – 11.30am
90-100 Mayne Street, Gulgong (outside the IGA)

• Mudgee: Friday, 18 October, 12.30pm – 2.30pm
64 Market Street, Mudgee (outside the Library)

Saturday, 19 October, 8.30am – 10.30am
Mudgee Farmers Markets, Robertson Park

These sessions provide a valuable opportunity for residents to contribute to the future of housing in our region. Whether you're interested in addressing the need for affordable homes, sustainable developments, or a range of housing options to suit the diverse needs of our growing population, we want to hear from you.
