Young Entreprenerus Summit in two weeks
Published on 03 March 2022
With less than two weeks until the third annual Central West Young Entrepreneurs Summit, small business owners are encouraged to snap up their tickets for this unique event that has been specifically designed with them in mind.
Hosted at the all new Mudgee Arts Precinct, attendees will hear from a full-day of diverse speakers, including Adam Linforth, co-creator of one of Australia’s biggest swimwear brands Budgy Smuggler (brand pictured). Hear how Adam took a family-owned business, started in a backyard in Manly, to now have a UK based operation.
“We're in a time where regional businesses can reach national/ global audiences and people actually care about where products come from. That's a good combination,” Adam said.
Joining Adam, are The Block favourites and professional renovators Kyal and Kara. In addition to their design projects, the pair have more than 446,000 followers on social media and brand partnerships with Beaumont Tiles, Bisley, Mazda and Health Care.
“We look forward visiting Mudgee and sharing our love for all things DIY at the Central West Young Entrepreneurs Summit,” the couple said.
“Since appearing on The Block, Reno Rumble and The Living Room, we have continued to project-manage and design over 35 projects across the country. It’s our passion and we can’t wait to share tips with attendees.”
CEO and founder of Australia’s largest eco store Flora & Fauna, Julie Mathers, founding partner of bespoke food tour company Straight To The Source, Tawnya Bahr and co-founder of Knafeh/The Bearded Bakers, Ameer El-Issa will also give their insights at the full-day event.
Council is proud to deliver this event in the upstairs seminar room of the all new Mudgee Arts Precinct (90 Market Street, Mudgee). Cost of the ticket also includes a complimentary breakfast at Our Chow the following morning.
Hosted in conjunction with Small Business Month, this event is made possible through funding provided by the NSW Government’s Stronger Country Communities and Regional NSW Business Event Development funds. The Young Entrepreneurs Summit will be held on Thursday, 17 March.
