Council Customer Service Centres, Works Depots and Libraries will close for the Christmas break from 12 noon on Friday 20, December 2024 and re-opening Thursday, 2 January 2025.
A by-election for Mid-Western Regional Council will be held on Saturday, 7 December following the resignation of a sitting councillor.
The Jennie Blackman Dog Park is located at Glen Willow Regional Sporting Complex, adjacent to the suspension bridge and stadium. The park offers designated areas for small dogs, large dogs and an active area for all dogs, as well as bins (including dog waste bags) 'air-lock' style entrance/exit gates, seating, shelter and drinking water for dogs.
