What are the proposed changes to the Mid-Western Regional Local Environmental Plan?
The Planning Proposal seeks an amendment to Mid-Western Regional Local Environmental Plan 2012 (LEP) to reduce the minimum lot size for a part of the land zoned C3 Environmental Management from 400ha to 12ha to facilitate one additional lot.
Council welcomes written submissions addressed to the General Manager. Submissions will be received up until 4.30pm, on Friday, 16 August 2024. Any enquiries regarding this proposal should be directed to Council’s Manager, Strategic Planning or Duty Planner.
